Established in 2017, WOOD Manchester has become a respected and established destination restaurant in the City. Using the finest suppliers the country has, our menus offer seasonal, high welfare and foraged exceptional produce.
We treat all of our ingredients with the utmost respect and from this August we are highlighting our passion and our skills in an exciting new ‘small plate’ format that is relaxed, offers more choice to diners, and combines new dishes full of flavour with some of our customer favourites.
Placing our Josper Charcoal Grill at the core of our cooking, we’ve added a showcase selection of fire and flame dishes that we know will be hard to choose from!
Created using responsibly sourced ingredients, with the playful flavour combinations that we’re known for, plates will arrive at the table as they are ready. And the beating heart of our kitchen, our huge pass, will be full of action as our new creations are cooked, plated and brought to table for you to savour and enjoy.
In addition to our main restaurant, WOOD Manchester is also the home of Homage, a special experience for cheese and wine lovers.
