We have an exciting drinks offering at WOOD Manchester, with a fine selection of wines, cocktails, beers and spirits to enjoy with your meal and in our Bar and Lounge.
Our Sommelier has selected a range of interesting wines from around the world, showcasing the very best of both familiar wine producing regions and some absolute gems from countries you might not have tried wine from before. With over 50 wines available, many by the glass, WOOD is without doubt a destination bar. Our cocktail menu changes regularly, focusing on seasonal flavours and speciality producers.
We love to celebrate excellence, quality and value, all of which shine in our menu, and with our Sommelier on hand to assist you with your wine choices, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional drinks experience.
Our bar is open throughout our opening times, with no booking necessary.

Due to the nature of our menu preparation process please find our cancellation policy below.
All bookings cancelled on the day will be subject to the full menu charge per person.
We reserve the right to apply a cancellation charge for all reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and this will be subject to a £30 charge per person.
Reducing a party size:
For bookings with 4 guests or more, notification of a reduction size of party is required 48 hours before the reservation date.
Failure to do so will result in a £50 per guest cancellation charge.
