HOST
Are you an experienced restaurant host with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences?
This key position is responsible for greeting guests, responding to guest enquiries over the phone and online, liaising with front of house staff and the kitchen team, offering recommendations on food and drink selection, coordinating private events, managing reservations and carrying out the administration duties associated with delivering a seamless, welcoming restaurant service every time.
At least one year’s experience as a restaurant host is a prerequisite for this role, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering the highest standards of customer service in a professional and confident manner.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, approachable demeanour combined with excellent organisational and administrative skills are essential for this position.

FRONT OF HOUSE WAITING STAFF
Are you an experienced member of waiting staff with an interest in food and hospitality and a talent for delivering excellent customer service?
Our team of front of house waiting staff is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, taking orders during service, setting up and clearing down the restaurant, liaising with colleagues in front of house and kitchen, answering questions raised by diners and working efficiently to deliver a smooth service every time.
At least one year’s waiting experience is a prerequisite for this role, along with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while delivering the highest standards of customer service in a confident manner.
Excellent communication skills and a calm, friendly demeanour are essential for this position.

Are you looking for a commis chef role in an exciting restaurant with a reputation for producing exceptional dishes using a seasonal produce-led approach?
This key position in the kitchen is responsible for assisting with the preparation of all dishes and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen at all times. At least one year’s experience in a professional kitchen would be an advantage.
Punctuality, trustworthiness and reliability are a prerequisite for this role, along with the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment while preparing dishes to the highest standard.
